This question is meaningless and ironic. Time does not exist and is only a human invention. God doesn't care about Time.

it doesn't change it is becoming more acurately measured, proposed ages throughout history

Still don't buy it. "becoming more accurate" does not describe the history of this issue. You assume it's becoming more accurate because that is the natural tendency of science, but until the final figure is arrived at how can you truly know if it's becoming more accurate? I've seen everything from 6,000 years to 20 billion.

So...the Grand Canyon was carved in 6,000 years? The glaciers that formed Yosemite Valley formed and receded in 6,000 years? Niagara Falls is in its current position because water carved that valley in 6,000 years?

Get a clue and lose the fundamentalist viewpoint. It's utterly ridiculous. Believing, word-for-word, a book that's nothing but a composition of various stories told over the centuries...LOL!

All of those things could be explained by a flood or volcano (IE look at mount st helens and the mini-grand canyon it created , with layers, etc.

Yeah...Mt. St. Helens' soil/rock composition is equal to that of the Grand Canyon.

I'm sure Columbus was told the same thing when he said the earth was round

Calling someone an idiot because they have different beliefs than you makes you an idiot, my friend.

It was commonly believed to be round by the educated people in Europe at the time. Eratostenes figured out the circumference in 250bc I think, by measuring sun angles.

yup yup, they new it was round and how big it was. columbus refused to believe it thinking the earth was small enough that he could get to the other side with onlyt the provisions a ship could carry.

I do not know where, because I don't read it, but a friend pointed it out to me and it did describe something to the extent that very large animals roamed the earth. Alot of people, both Christians and non, do not know this. I thought I would share it with you guys. :)

I will try to find the verse its in for all of you guys.

LOL - I almost always here people knock religion because there are no talks of dinosaurs in their books. It's funny imo.

Book of Job

40:15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

40:16 Lo now, his strength [is] in his loins, and his force [is] in the navel of his belly.

40:17 He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together.

Some believe it's talking about a hippopotamus. But verse 17 describes this animal moving his tail like a "cedar". I don't think a hippo's tail can qualify as a cedar :).
