so cool read other places where older ppl say, "well my first pc was a 486 w/ 16edo ram, with 520mb hdd, ect!" Well i can say mine was a Duron 1300 w/ 196mb sdram ram. But if i was going to say my 1st one was my garabe scarp one which was a p2 333mhz was the 1st one i build.

I'm 35 and I've been messing with computers since I was 12 or so. I've been building my own PC's for about 16 years now.

I am 35. I upgraded my first PC at the age of 16 in 1984. I added a 32K memory expansion, RS232 Interface card with 300 baud acoustic-coupled modem, and Disk Memory Expansion system (90K 5.25" floppy drive)

In 1994 I built my first "modern" computer. A 386 SLC-40 (Ti CPU) with 4MB ram, 170MB floppy etc. I lose track after that point.
