I get paid at the end of the month...it's getting old. Miss the bi-weekly thing.

I prefer this. It makes doing my monthly budget sooo much easier than when I was getting paid every two weeks.

Monthly. I do prefer twice a month, but every month is ok. Every two weeks sucks... you basically end up budgeting each month on a four week pay instead of the amount you actually make in a month, but the benefit of course is that twice a year you get an extra pay check.

Monthly for just about every job I ever had. Heck when I was roguing/detasseling it was a one time payment at the end of the summer (it is tough for a ~13 year old to wait months for a paycheck). I wish it was twice a month though.

Agreed. It gets rough when you get down to the last few days. I've been paid weekly before...that's always a good feeling because you have that checkstub on your desk every friday.

My last job was biweekly. My new job pays weekly.

I have my budget based on 4.3 weeks of income. It makes sense, but isn't going to match what actually is incoming in a month.
