How often to you vacuum the floors in your home?

Depends on whether you have kids, pets, wear shoes, etc...

It's just my wife and I, we don't wear our shoes in the house, and don't use large portions of our house on a regular basis, so we only vacuum every other week the parts that we use regularly. The other parts only get vacuumed maybe once a month.

No shoes, two cats. Every Sunday no matter what, and plenty of daily dust busting in between. I'm OCD, but the house is immaculate.

I usually don't wear shoes and I use one of these. This robotic vacuum works amazingly well and looks like a variety of a Cylon Raider ship.

We have hardwood everywhere; with two bunnies downstairs and two upstairs, we have to swiff the floors twice a week and run a vacuum over it once. Seems to be working so far.

We don't wear shoes in the house. We have 2 rat dogs and one cat...or maybe I should say 3 exploding furballs...😵

The house gets vacuumed AT LEAST once per week...often twice. We live in a very dusty area...we're surrounded by almond orchards, and the damned dust is everywhere.

I STILL manage to fill the canister on the Dyson every time...and my computer always looks like this at the once-per-month "blow-out."

I got a cat and live alone.

I sweep and vacuum higher traffic areas once every couple of weeks.
I tend to expel most effort keeping kitchen and batthroom clean.

Usually 1x/wk. We wear shoes in the house, but most of our house is tile so anything we drag in we can clean up. Our area is very dusty though so the carpeted areas get vacuumed pretty regularly. No shoes on the carpet though.

Those have lasers now! pew pew pew! They are evolving, and will eventually overtake humanity. Vacuums today, mass killing machines tomorrow.... Be prepared. 😛

I vacuum about once a week or so. I sometimes procrastinate and go a bit longer but I try not to since I have a cat so dust bunnies/fur balls start to form. Whole house is hardwood floor except for kitchen and bathroom. (tiles).

Dog & cat. I usually run the dustmop through & then a wet mop. My wife vacuums, but I find the dust mop to be just as effective (on hardwood floors) and quicker. I vacuum the couch though.

Not nearly as much as I should. My wife is pretty much the Peg Bundy of housework, so I have to do it or it won't get done.

So, maybe every two weeks or so. I usually go barefoot so if I start getting debris under my toes I know it's time 🙂
