How often, or at all do you excercise?

I've been laying on the ground shoving donuts down my throat all morning. I can actually see my fat swell. It's spilling onto the floor.

OOooooooohhhhh sweet belly.... oooooohhhhhh..... I LOVE YOU Little Debbie, you whore! Gimmie some cake you sow!

I'm just going to lie here at work with my shirt off and rub my belly now. It's so good to just rub my belly. Rub rub rub. Rub a dub dub.

Add Cycling, you tool. 😉
Exactly what I was thinking. I ride my bike to and from work every day, but I guess that doesn't count. 🙁

I'm a cyborg, my robot body requires no exercise, only regularly scheduled maintence checks and yearly replacement of my main power cell.

I try to get atleast 2 days of weight lifting, and 2 days of cardio, and sometimes the weight lifting and cardio happen on the same day.

didn't vote. i play pick-up hockey Tuesday nights. that's about the extent of my lazy ass exercise regimen.

i worked out a few years ago - every other day for 3 1/2 months. i felt great! then, we had a death in the family and i completely lost all motivation to do anything at all involving anything other than relaxing.

although, exercise helps you relax more. i plan to start working out, at least doing some cardio stuff - in the coming weeks.

Weights 2-3 times a week.
Cardio(mainly HIIT) 3-4 times a week. That really needs to be 4-6 though. I need to work on that.

I smoke more than Peter Jennings but I cycle absolutely everywhere. Right in the middle I guess. Also live on the 8th and take the stairs 90% of the time.

At the minimum 4 times a week, sometimes 7 times a week. 4 days lifting and 3 to 4 days doing cardio. I do skip a workout if I had a hard physical day at work which is the same as a workout.

give me one good reason.

Health.

Mental health.
i have to agree, especially with the mental health aspect. after playing some hockey, my mind feels so fresh that i can't sleep - i usually get home from the rink at midnight or so and my brain is so awake that it's impossible to sleep.

FYI the late Peter Jennings (RIP) hadn't smoked for about 20 years. He smoked up into his early 30s IIRC.

They're dumb.

Your poll sucks.

I work out Monday -> Thursday alternating from intense cardio to weights. I work out for 2 hours on these days, so 2x4=8hrs so I voted for everyday.

Bah, exercise doesn't guarantee good health. It may change your appearance, but that is also not guaranteed unless you eat a proper diet. Normally when I work out, I am left so mentally exhausted, I can't function. This is why I stopped exercising before work in the mornings. However, when I get home from work, I am completely exhausted, and I don't get a chance to exercise. And the cycle continues.
