I actually kind of like exercising...some of it sucks, but I enjoy trying to improve week to week and weight lifting really helps alleviate my back pain. Which sounds like it doesn't make sense, but its true. I also sleep like a fvcking baby after I do squats.

I play soccer (full field) or basketball (college full court) 2-3 a week for 2-3 hours at a time.

I used to lift weights like a mad dog but now I just don't care about having big muscles...but I do pull-ups and push ups and a semi-regular basis.

I'm guessing you don't exactly do the 100-yard dash, unless it's raining. ;)

I lift weights 4x a week, do cardio 2x a week. I should probably do cardio more often but it's too boring.

I try to cycle 7 days a week, but on average only go about 5 days a week. I was on a roll recently. I went riding every day for 2 weeks straight, but now its been raining for 2 days straight and I'm going crazy not being able to ride.

Get some fenders and ride in the rain.

I ride (the bike, duh) to work almost every day (17 miles RT) and usually go for a longer (50+ miles) ride once on the weekend. I tend to take one day off a week, but sometimes I'll ride seven days a week.

BTW, I think Linux23 is slippng -- he didn't blame his exercise problems on his favorite "cesspool". WTF? :D

I run 5-6 days a week and bike the other days. Sometimes I lift, but not too much as I'm focusing on speed and endurance rather than strength. Also do a routine of pushups and ab exercises every day.

Wait until you get older that will change.

I do 25X pull-ups, 25X chin ups, and 25X pulls-ups where you pull the bar behind your head twice a week. I break each group into 5 sets of 5 reps.

then I row once or twice a week for .5 to 1 hour, depending on if I'm sore or not that day. I am looking to replace my newly purchased rowing machine with a recumbant bike. I didn't think about it at the time but rowing doesn't go well with doing pull ups. It is one or the other, not both.
