I just worked out this past evening over dinner. I did a couple of power sets of curls with some quarter pounders (with cheese) from McDonalds.

I generally get home at around 10:00 pm after working 10-11 hour days, and go work out for a few hours (running, crunches, pushups, and soccer drills).

Get home around 2:00 am.

Do this durning the weekdays. Pretty much my whole 5 day week is "Work, Exercise, Sleep" x 5 :p:D

Working out 4-5 times a week won't let the muscles time to rest. I get better results with a 2 times a week program, with increasing intensity on every work out. That way you actually have more power on every training session and you can lift more than before. I got better results with this pattern for a month than training 5 days a week for an year. The strenght increasement is amazing.

Weights? All of the time. Cardio? Almost never. I have asthma (I know that's not an excuse, but I don't like not being able to breath). So I can press about 500, but I have a gut. Maybe I should go on one of those "World's Strongest Man" comps... of course I'm no where near that strong, but that's about what I look like. :)

Since I am just getting back into it I am only doing it 4 times a week and varying between light and heavy days. I want to get back up to 5 heavy and two light with bicycling everyday.

I work out for 4 days straight then i take a day off. so definately 5-6 times a week. My workouts are 1-2 hours long, depending on which muscle group i'm working, and of course, it's all high intensity. No pansy ass cardio or high rep low weight crap ;)
