How often do you work out?

yesterday i worked till 8pm
got home at 9pm
went to work out from 9:20-10:45

freaking tired at the end....but u gotta do it.....

down to 2-3 times a week...at the gym
plus basketball....

I try for 5 times a week but sometimes I slip and only do 4. Its enough though :cool:

Since I've had the babe 5 months ago, my gym time has unfortunately been decreased, but I still try for 3 times a week. TG for child minding, or I'd never go!

i'll just say it because someone's bound to...
"not as often as i should"
(though i'm really trying to change that now. my goal is once a day, we'll see how well i'm able to stick to it)

Make sure to work different muscle groups each time you go if you are not keeping a buffer day. I go about 4 times a week, 2.5 hours each time, I work arms chest, abs legs shoulders everything, I do cardiovascular everyday (swim 5 miles every other day and run 12 miles everyother day)

Does "ChairMaster" count? I can change channels w/ the best of 'em. I'm also good at kicking back the recliner. :p

Seriously, not much lately. Before we moved and had our daughter, a few times a week on avg. Lately, 0. But, lots of climbing stairs in our new home.

I used to work out 5 times a week. I am so busy now though that its more like 2-3 :frown: I need to lose 15 more lbs and it aint gonna happen this way.

Your goal is once a day? So wouldn't that mean 7 times a week? And 365 days a year? That's quite a bit. It really isn't healthy to work out that.

But besides that, I could beat anyone in arm wrestling
