How often do you wash your vehicle(s)?

Just curious.

I should wash my truck more often, but I always forget. So its not uncommon to go 2 months without a wash. I should wash it every few weeks or so as it gets quite dirty.

EDIT: FUCK, just realized this should probably be posted in The Garage...

Not as often as I should. I will go a month or three in the summer. Winter I try to wash whichever car has been on the roads about every other week to remove the salt.

Never. I've had my Jeep 13 years, and it's been washed exactly zero times. If I think of it, I hose the undercarriage after driving on salty roads, but I don't usually think of it.

My car - Once every 3 or 4 months. Its my commuter so dont really care to much
My truck - About the same but when i get back from camping or dusty areas. It doesnt get out as much so no need to wash it as much

One or two times per year for my 10 year old Intrepid. Wife's and daughter's cars about 5 to 6 times per year + a wax job.

Once or twice a month in the summer. Once a week, or so, in the winter.

I am trying to become less concerned with it as I get older and have other things to do.

And this is touch free car washes. I don't have the patience for hand washing anymore.

Well, it's been raining a lot...so why wash it?

Maybe once a year. It hasn't been washed yet this year. Every time that I wash it and it only takes 2 weeks to return to the same state it was in after a year of not washing it reaffirms my belief that washing cars is busywork that only suckers would waste their time on.

About every two weeks as soon as the weather warms up. Winter not so much. I don't have access to free washes in a heated bay anymore. 😛

I wash it when the brake dust gets noticeable which is once every week or two in the summer, but I have to endure longer in the winter - I just let it be.

I have an '07 FJ Cruiser that spends a lot of time in the woods. I wash it maybe twice a year, mostly just to get the interior clean again. Don't really care about the exterior, as it is all beat and pinstriped anyway.

This about sums it up, though it doesn't take 2 weeks; it only takes a day of driving. I do wash it if it gets really dirty (dirt roads after heavy rains, when they should really be called mud roads.) So, maybe 3 times a year, though I suspect my wife runs it through the car wash when I'm not aware.

A few times a year now. When I was younger I used to wash it weekly. But that was when I lived around a good car wash. The ones here are horrible and I am too busy to do it myself.

I guess getting older and having children puts car wash way down your list of priorities.
