Lol, I haven't washed mine in ages, it has been over 4 months.
We have a water shortage in South-East England.

OK, I did the exterior of the Tundra yesterday, now I'm going to do the interior. I'm going to use ArmorALL for the seats and dash, should I use the wipes or spray? And what should I use the the rims (aluminum/plastic)?

Once every two years.

Xyclone - it seems to me that the wipes would be a much better idea. Not only are you polishing what you're wiping, you're also removing dirt and dust.

And for the rims?

I wash my truck after every rainfall, but as long as it stays dry, I use a duster and/or some Quick Detailer spray. Several times a year I use claybars to smooth the paint out and other goodies to cure the swirl marks that have gathered since the last deep clean. Usually that is followed by a few layers of my favorite polymer-based "wax".

I also Armor Alled the interior and the wheels and tires this weekend. The dash looks shiny and the wheels and tires look brand new (also shiny)! :)

If you wash your new car once a week, the new will wear off pretty fast
