often. pretty much all the time, unless I'm in a situation where it's inappropriate (business meetings with people I don't know or clients, interviews, etc).

I do curse a lot in front of my parents, though. I was just raised to believe that words are just words as long as you're not using them with bad intent. so I only really watch myself around people who might get offended.
