How often do you upgrade your monitor?

I'm curious. I realized the other day that I've had the same 19" Hitachi SuperScan Supreme 752 since the begining of 1999 and have changed over systems at least 9 times since then. the monitor is really fine..... I'm just wondering how much longer it will be working fine.
How often do you change out monitors?

Never almost.
I am finally happy now well over a year with my Samsung SyncMaster 900IFT
that's the longest waiting piece for me to upgrade, always.

I had the same 17" since 97, until I upgraded to a nice 19" this year. The 17 works just fine, and would for a lot longer, i just wanted bigger

About once every 2-3 years, depending on how well I actually like the monitor...but now that I have a Samsung 191T 19" LCD, I think I will make my monitor upgrades farther and fewer between. I love this thing to death!

I still have my Panasonic E15 15" CRT from when we had our 486 back in 1996. Ahhh, how times do change.

I upgrade every now and again ... in 1996 i had a single 14inch, then in 1997 I bought a 14inch because my other one broke (the one i had in 1996 i got for free since the company my moms friend worked for was going to throw it out). in 1998 i upgraded to a 17in Refurb HP, then in 1999 I upgraded to a Optiquest 19in ... then recently ive upgraded to Dual 19inch, and even more recently i've upgraded my desk to hold 3 19in monitors ... and upgraded my linux box monitor to a 19in ... now i have 3 19in monitors all side by side ...it looks nice ...

I still have my old 14" monitor from 1990, then went to a 15" in the late 90's, got my 19" in 99, and I just got a 21" Dell the other day cause it was a good deal, otherwise I would have kept my 19" (but believe it or not, it died the day my 21" monitor came).

I've only replaced them as I needed to. I still use my 17" Viewsonic that I bought 3 or 4 years ago.
It still works great. I have a 15" on my kids computer that's at least 6 years old....maybe more.
