I am a typically busy (and lazy) college student so around twice a week for me.
Man, I feel sorry for the people that live around you. I don't care who you are, everyone smells after 2 days without bathing.

I shower at least once a day.

This comment is so full of BS it's hilarious. Because obviously everyone's body is absolutely identical. Those larger folks obviously sweat as much as smaller folks. Women obviously have the same BO as men. I mean, people working in office jobs obviously get in as much filth as those in something like construction. How about you pull your head out of your ass buddy and look at the world around you and realize that no, not everyone is going to stink after 2 days.

Three days is too long to go without a shower. I could tell every person that had gone without a shower for more than two days in my dorm. I can still do it when I just walk around campus. Like it or not, everyone smells. That's why we shower. I'm a "smaller" person and I work in an office or go to class and I smell on the rare occasion that I skip a day. It's disgusting to have to sit in class 5 rows away from someone with BO and still have to gag the whole time and it's worse to have to live around that same person. EVERYONE smells, just not everyone can smell their smell.

edit: I made that statement as a courtesy to the people around him. I couldn't care less about his hygiene as long as I don't have to smell it.

yep, it´s BS I´ve gone more then two days without showering several times, I did not smell anything. In the summer you need to shower more then in the winter of course.

monday through friday, always a shower before work....
sometimes before bed if I feel I need it
on saturday or sunday, I usually only take a shower if I'm going somewhere that day

How about the every other day for the asians who don't sweat/smell?

You only THINK you don't smell.

Most people cannot smell themselves until they can clear a room with their stench.

For the love of your fellow man and to finally rid yourself of that nagging virginity... take a daily shower.

5-7 times a week. i shower every morning before i go to work. weekend shower times depends upon my level of activity.

I don't. I know I can't smell it myself if I did smell, but I ask many people, including my gf.
I've never wore deoderant in my life before, and I don't even smell after I go jog for 20 minutes. I've never had anyone tell me I smell, even if I didn't shower for 3 days in a row.

But then there is my friend showers every day and uses lots of deoderant, and he smells like ass.

I was doing it twice a day until I started using Old Spice Red Zone.

See, when I got home from work my wife would smack me and tell me to take a shower. I work in an office, but sometimes just sitting there your pits sweat. I was using Irish Spring soap and good anti-perspirant, but I would still have a bit of an odor when I got home. Plus I smoke.. So in the shower I go... Using Axe spray and other stuff never really made a difference.

This week I started using the Red Zone body wash. When I got home my wife asked if I took a shower at work or something. 😀 Even in the morning I still smell good she says!

If you haven't already, give this stuff a shot. Amazing. I'm picking up another 15-30 minutes a day that I normally spend in the shower in the afternoon!
