I fly relatively frequently but very seldomly press the call flight attendant button.

How often does ATOT use it?

Just recently I counted the number of trans-atlantic flights I have been on and I can safely say, on about 79 flights, 0 times. If I need something I just go to the gallery and ask for it there. Yeah, I have been flying for a long time... I even know most of the London based stewardesses :)

I once spilled hot coffee all over me during a flight, so I pushed the button. It ended up drying before they finally decided to stop by and ask me what I needed.

rarely or never
they don't like that, only n00bs use it, so they know you are a n00b if you use it and they don't like n00bs anymore than anywhere else

International Flights more than 8hrs long when I am stuck in the damn middle seat - a few times.

Domestic flights - never.

I usually fly Southwest, I'm not sure they even have call buttons. ;)

But no, I've never used one.

Here's something I've noticed about flight attendants: They usually seem very professional and act nice and friendly toward the passengers. But they seem to get stressed out and not like it much if someone presses a button and they have to stray from their normal schedule of when they bring out drinks/food for everyone. I have never pressed the button.
