Twice in my life. Once when I was 6, and once about 6 years ago. That doesn't count the helicopter ride at a fair about 10 years ago :^D

for work, quite a bit. Sometimes as often as every two weeks. Recently been able to do more remote work, so a lot less. I have only flown 4 times this year.

it's ok. it does get old after a while though...but it is the only way I get home to see the fam, so it's worth the hassle. Although customs can be a bitch. We have quite a few people working up in Canada right now, and they have had some long waits at customs.
 
People seem to rarely fly if it's not for work...

I fly at minimum once a year, but typically 2-3 times. I flew to Asia once this past year (a yearly tradition), but I make occasional trips out to Vegas or to the East Coast.
 
I used to fly at least once a quarter or so. This will drop down to maybe only once a year since I am no longer in my long distance relationship (we swapped who would fly during our visits every two or three months). It depends on what work does now since on occasion it is necessary for someone to travel in my department.
 
I typically fly 2 or 3 times a year. Once around the holidays, once for vacation sometime during the year, and then often another time just to see family.
 
At least once a quarter, right now once a month. None of it for business.

My wife and I have decided we'll have kids next year, so we're taking at least a long weekend per month away.

August - 1wk in San Diego
Sept - ? (possibly Portland, ME)
Oct - Portsmouth, NH
Nov - ? (possibly Montreal)
Dec - Italy

We love to travel, so right now is the best time to do it easily. Although others have told me the first kid is basically an accessory you bring with you on the plane, and that it's only with 2+ children that it gets really hard. We'll see, though.
 
it used to be quite a bit when I was younger. However, after leaving my parents home I don't get the opportunity so much.
 
Once every few years. Last time was in March when I was taking some areal photos for a project I was working on. I don't fly commercial anymore because of all that BS at the airport they have now.
 
Can you define the term "fly"? I fly commercially like once a year.

I fly an airplane atleast 2-4 times a month.
 
I don't like flying/airports/people/loss of control/terrorists.

I'll drive 1000 miles one way before I'll fly.

1-2 times a year. Like crossing oceans, that's about it.
