How often do you eat fast food?

Define "fast food". Are we talking McD's, Hardee's, BK, ect? Or are we including sit down places like a bar and grill or a pub as well?

For actual "fast food" I'd say twice a week.
Including sit down restaurants, probably 4 times a week.

Hmm in terms of hardcore grease fest 1-2 times a week if mrs. skoorb isn't here and if she is I go home for lunch so maybe once a month; also in this case we eat a nice places (sit down pricier meal) maybe once a week.

well when I found out my blood presure was up I quit eating anything but stuff I cooked at home. And the once in awhile subway light sub.

I actually lost weight and felt better. The past two weeks Ive fallen into the habit of oh Im tired I'll get a burger.

Well for me anyway fast food makes me feel like *#$%, and it doesn't help my looks either.

So if you count these two weeks Ive maybe eaten fast food at least every other day.

Hmm, I used to eat it 2-3 times a week, but I haven't touched any type of it in 3 months now. 17 lbs and 2" later, I don't regret it.

A lot less now that I'm trying to determine the cause of my migraines. What a bitch they are. I'm determined.

But it used to be about 4-5 times a week. My daily lunch outings include Wendy's, Taco Bell, Pizza, Burger King, etc. I wasn't about to spend $5 on a turkey or tuna sandwich or $10 at sit-down places for lunch.
