Ready to be shocked?
Avg 2 times PER DAY.

Been doing this for roughly 3 years now... and havn't really gained any weight. The only time I gained weight was when I started lifting weights about 2 years ago... quit 6 months ago when I moved. Now that muscle is trying to turn to fat. :|
I'm trying to change... just have to force myself to stop being lazy and actually COOK my own food and take sandwhiches/soup to lunch instead of going to the usual McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, or Taco Bell. Damn I'm getting tired of fast food hehe.
The only good side is I'm probably so lubricated with grease that I can eat anything I want and it never upsets my stomach.
BTW I'm 5' 9" and 180lbs. A "normal" person would probably be nearing 300lbs if they ate like me lol.
