More often than not...out of a two week period I probably grill/cook 8 or 9 days out of 14.

Rest of the days are either left overs or out to dinner or a quick pizza in the oven.

Last night was grilled chicken breasts marinated in italian dressing with a couple slices of ham and provalone on top on a bun. Plus I threw some red potatoes, green beans, green onions, and diced up jalepenos in some tin foil with a little butter and some seasonings and let it sit on the grill for 30 minutes.

Good stuff!

Tonight will probably be burgers and more green beans, maybe some eggplant and squash thrown on the grill with them.

My grill gets a heavy workout 🙂

Never. I pour cerial, that's the most I've ever cooked. The problem, however, is that I have offered to cook my girlfriend a gourmet dinner for our 2 year anniversery. Which is in 8 days. And I have no idea what I'm making. And I have hardely ever used the toaster, much less ever touched the oven/stove.

Oh yes, I'm in trouble.

This is me in about 3 months (right down to the 2 year celebration at that time).

I dont own a stove. I have a kick @ss toaster I use everyday.

Now on weekends I smoke something thats dead with jackdaniels hickory chips while i drink beer and watch racing/football/golf.
