How often do you clean your balls?

Mine get an exhaustive cleaning every couple of weeks.... I mean, mice are worthless when they skip!

I have a Logitech trackball and it is really easy to clean so I blow it out every couple of days.

I have a Kensington Turboball, so I have some pretty big balls. I usually let my balls get really dirty before I have to clean em.
