How often do you change your pillow cases?

How often do you change your pillow cases? Im curious. I've been seeing this girl every Saturday, and I make sure those pillow cases are changed before she comes over. We just started dating. I've never done this before in past relationships.

I drool, put crap in my hair, and often times go to sleep under an influence without showering. But come Saturday, my pillow cases are changed and sprayed with frabeeze....

i wash mine as opposed to just tossing them...but i change sheets/pillow cases weekly, and wash the comforter/pillows every month or so
