How often do you call your parents?

However, my older sister doesn't call that much that I'm aware of, maybe once or twice a month. At this rate I don't know how much I'll feel like calling once I get to college because of a lot of stuff that's been going on recently, but distance has helped out a lot of relationships between my friend and their parents.

Maybe once a month or so, not unless i have something to tell them.

I only see them 3 or 4 times a year too, been that way since I was 15.

I only live a couple miles away, so I try and make an effort to see them at least once a week, though. before work screwed me over, we (parents + sibling + half-sibling/cousin + me) used to have a weekly dinner.

my parents really love IM (we use Yahoo Messenger) because they live literally on the other side of the world (12-13 hrs time difference) and with IM and a webcam they can see and hear their grandson as if they're close.

ICQ2GO and ICQLite is pretty cool. the regular ICQ is bloated though.
