I piss and brush in the shower, three things in one 😉

And then I brush whenever there is stuff caught in my braces and before I go to sleep.

It's gunky when you wake up, but my hygenist says to brush in the morning after breakfast, not after waking up. So it's listerine and water after waking and brushing after breakfast for me.

It's only gunky because they put so much damn sweeteners in toothpaste.
It feels like if I woke up from falling asleep after eating candy.

Sometimes when I fall asleep and forget to brush, I don't get the gunky feeling when I wake up.
Also falling asleep after eating bread gets rid of the gunky feeling too.
