How often are DHL shipments on time?

The dork hasnt even shipped my item yet apparently =/ - He sent me an "airbill" number yesterday for DHL...not familiar with airbill, what the heck is it?

DHL left my Canon S1 IS in front of my door. I live in a 6 floor apt. complex with about 200 other people. good job to DHL :thumbsup:

then they delivered another package to my apt complex and gave it to someone on my floor. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

lucky for me, the person who recieved the package wasnt an asshat so they gave the package back, but the delivery guy still had my package flagged as delivered. :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Anyone know what the hell an Airbill number is? Is it some kind of tracking number? I'm wondering whether or not the guy just made it up.
