How often and what time of day do you shower?

Usually mornings, at least during the week when I get up at 4:45am to go to work. I'll shower again in the evening if i'm going out, meeting people, or if I feel dirty going to bed. But usually i'm too tried to give a damn. Currently in a long distance relationship, so when my GF visits, i'll obviously wash my sheets. And I shower a lot when she visits. The most is three times a day. (morning, after hike or something physical, then after sex that night.)

Prefer morning. If the work involves getting dirty, then again in the evening before I crawl into bed.
Sometimes if it's physically exhausting, difficult to get up in mornings, & not sweating balls when sleeping, I'll clean up at nights before sleep.

occasionally in the evening as well (depending on what I was doing during the day / how clean I am before bed).

I like to shower after sex, but that depends on who I'm having it with / where I am (with my most recent ex-boyfriend, for example, I refused to use his shower because it was hella gross)
