How oc-able is value ram?

I was wondering how much more power I can get out of this if I pair it up with an e4420. Will there be much of a difference if I get a 6320?

I got the same ram (but with black heatspreaders). It's good ram. It can OC easily to 800MHz without having to adjust voltage.
