Heh.. back in my automotive performance parts selling days, I used to joke about "the photon-pressure effect" of light reflecting off the chrome on the back of the car at 186,000 miles per second imparting extra forward velocity to the vehicle, but this takes it a step further and generates its own photon stream. Using the principles of physics (every action has an equal and opposite reaction), the light emitted from these LEDs must generate extra forward momentum.

So these are worth maybe an extra tenth in the 1/4 mile?

Can somebody explain to me how this is "obnoxious?" It sure as hell won't be an eyesore.

I know it won't increase performance. The people that buy one know it won't increase performance. Its for looks pure and simple. Why do you cut your hair? Why do you wear nice clothes and bathe regularly? Will it make you proficient at doing your job or somehow make you a better person? It's all superficial. If somebody likes it, wonderful. That's their decision. I don't think they need close-minded gits such as yourselves to look down on them. Me, I don't care for exterior mods on cars, but some people do, and that's fine by me.

I totally agree... personallyI think it looks realy cool... if you dont, fine, but why be a jackass about it? I like AT, but sometimes you people are more sarcastic and closeminded than the ones you all profess to dislike

It's a cool new idea, but I think it would get really annoying following someone 1.5hrs down the freeway at night with one of those things.
