Ha...she was busted and the sidekick returned. I wonder if the family will still consider their lawsuit for harassment?

but to be honest glad its over. his 15 min is finally up

edit: though i doubt the site etc would die. he is being sued after all..

I saw no where in there that says he is actually being sued, only that the mother said she "might" sue.

Any proof of this?

If you guys read his updates it says he's being sued. Not like they have anything to really sue him for. So I suspect if he wants to bring anything down upon them he will just do it there in court.

Also it would have to be his friend to press charges, and I don't think she cares enough right now to bother.

Glad to see they got it back though, didn't think they would.

That's pretty awesome that he's selling it on ebay.

I hope he makes a little bit of money on this, it took a lot of time and energy to keep that website up and to keep making new forums after old ones crashed.

ok so i have to give him credit for giving some to charity. BUT 1/3? sigh what a scam

Well, TMo is matching, so it winds up being more like 1 and 1/3, I guess. I don't begrudge the guy some cash for his overhead and time. Look what entertainment costs typically are for movies, tv, events, etc. *shrug*
