Yep, those 2 scooterists probably would be dead if he smacked them.

 

Was there a passenger in that car? If so, it looks like they could have been really hurt when the car landed on its side.

How about some props for the guy on the scooter? Something like that happened right in front of him and he maintained control the entire time. I'd be willing to bet at least 95% of riders would have dropped the bike from the shock.

When you think about it, If he hadn't crashed, those people on the bike would've been probably dead or seriously injured, so it's probably for the best that he DID crash, because no one was dead most likely from the resulting crash.
