How nice is newegg?

I ordered a 8RDA+ and 1700+ from them this morning in hopes of gettin a 1.5V 1700+, since I couldn't get a guarenteed one from SVC as they were OOS. But later today SVC gets back in stock with their 1700s! So what I want to do is modify or cancel my newegg order even though it is in step 2 of 5 (being prepared in warehouse). Do you think they would let me modify/cancel the order?

I was in step two last week as well on two items. I emailed them and they cancelled one of the items. Even there email is fast.
