OK.
I want to see how nerdy you guys are.

Here is my entry:

Yesterday, I wanted to eat a Hershey's chocolate bar. But it was super hot and my chocolate was sitting in my desk, making it soft and mushy.

So what did I do?

I rewrapped the chocolate in the wrapper. I took a can of compressed air, turned it upside down, and sprayed it w/a crapload of the alcohol stuff that comes out and freezes everything.

Viola!!

Cold and yummy Hershey's bar!!!

AHHAHAHHHAHAHHAHAAHAA

So how nerdy is that??!?

I wouldn't call that nerdy, rather a fairly clever way to reinstate the more palatable state of a hershey bar.

That's pretty cool actually in a resourceful, Macgyver-ish kinda way. I wouldn't quite call it nerdy, unless you have the nerd-geek pride going, which is cool too.:)

Yeah... nerdy would be if you replaced the chocolate for your processor and used a water-cooling setup to cool it down.

That fact that everyone thinks that is cool shows you how nerdy everyone is. It was pretty cool :D

What's 3.06?

/not nerdy enough

Though I can recite all numbers in the 2^x sequence, from x = 0 to x = 19 pretty quickly.

A couple of weeks ago, when we were stuffing invitation envelopes for our professor's retirement party at our university lab, whenever someone slowed down, we cracked jokes about a stage in the pipeline needing optimization, stalls on failed branch predictions, and other comp. arc. related stuff. That was nerdy.

We really need a nerd emoticon. A little head with glasses and big teeth. Like this: 8-B

I put a wiener (hot dog you pervert!) in a 3 kW "microwave furnace" once despite being told NOT to. It exploded like a firecracker spreading fragments of smoking flesh and hog intestines in every imaginable direction. It was quite messy. Perhaps Cartoon Joe had one of these and a gerbil?
