He might have been much closer to the first delivery place than to a hospital or the office. Delivering the first pizza (and making a phone call) would be understandable. However, taking the rest of the pizza was something that could be considered stupid

Well according to Nik he will sometimes tip if the server/delivery person goes above and beyond what is expected. I would consider delivering the pizza after taking a bullet to the leg above and beyond the norm.
