How much would it cost to repaint a car?

Anyone know how much it would cost to repaint a 2002 Camry?

Do you need it repainted in the same color, or a different one? How much of the car needs to be painted?

If you're looking to change the color, you'll be looking at between 2000 - 3000 for a VERY HIGH QUALITY paint job (ie, all trim pieces removed, etc).

Well, if it's just that, then I'd say about 150 - 200 bucks to make it look like factory paint, and around a hundred for the al cheapo stuff.

professionally done (if it's just a door) probaby 200-300ish.... depending on what type of paint it is (metallic...)

how bad is the chipping? It is it just the edge, why not go buy some $4 touch paint from your local auto parts store and call it a day?

lets see, about 12 cans of spray paint, @ $2.39 per can, some masking tape, old newspaper, I'd say about $35.

Yes Macco is good, probably one of the better known companies for autobody work. as for price, you get what you pay for... it will look nice, but it's going to cost you. Check around between different joints before you get it done, could save you $100 bucks :Q
