How much would a new King size bed run me?

I'm having back problems with my current bed which is probably more then 10 years old and anothe minus is that it's lop sided.

Anyone know how much it costs?

I might have to sell my setup so I can pick up a bed.

For the mattress set alone you would probably be looking at $500-1000+

I think that it's worth paying extra because that's where you're going to spend 1/3 of your life for the next 10 years or how long you plan to keep it.

I just bought a new queen mattress and box spring. $1300 (got a floor model for $800)

I got a $1200 floor set for $500 including delivery. When getting a floor model, haggle, haggle, haggle. Furniture mark up is insane. You could probably get a king sized for $600-$750 if you play your cards right.
