No college, just worked saved money, bought condo, bought house, made bank of inflated real estate prices. now chill.

How much bank, if you don't mind my asking?

just enough to buy a house with cash. still need to work.

That'd be sweet. I'd like to have my biggest bill disappear...

4.5 years at Clemson University....just short of 10K, but paid it off almost immediately after getting out of school. I'm thinking about going back...if I do, I may end up with more this time around depending if I go all the way to my doctorate.

0 ... I put myself through it ... and my school was subsidized, it wasn't that expensive to begin with.
