how much voltage is too much for celeron 366?

well i got my celeron 366 at 2.1v but it says my ram is only 1024K. i figure bumping the voltage might help but im already .1v above default.
what do you ppl think is safe?

ive had a 366@550 running at 2.2 for over a year, some times it was at 2.3v.

Up to about 2.2V is definitely perfectly safe though I'd suggest decent cooling if you do intend to try 2.2V.
2.3 should be okay as long as you have excellent cooling. I'd say about 2.35V at absolute most.
I wouldnt want to trust one running at 2.4V.

10% over spec is prudent, 15% over is agressive. Would not run it over 2.3v, although some even go to 2.4 :Q

if i run it at 2.2v with stock hs/f and plain ol white goop, will that be sufficent?

Yeah, 2.0 to 2.2 is safe. 2.3V is ok but the chip definitely will run noticeably hotter so use an Alpha or something. Some Celeron 366's were just not meant to run at 550 with air cooling, regardless of the amount of voltage you put in! Some can do it at 1.9-2.0 Volts!
