I'll trade you my 4400+ X2 + $5
:)

Your best bet is to go to eb@y and see how much the extreme clocked opty's are going for, and comparing.

yeah, my question was going to be what your current voltage is with it at 2.8Ghz?

maybe someone at ebay would pay more than it would cost retail from newegg or somewhere. but I don't see many people being willing to pay more than they could for a new one that came with a warrenty etc...

I am aware of no price checks in the f/s forum. But I am Not aware of there being a rule like this for the whole forum.

Hm.

I'd tell you about the same as a normal X2; as a lot of the current ones [06XX] are getting that high quite easily on LESS voltage.
[2.8 on 1.35ish, for example.]

my X2 3800 (0601TPMW) did 2.9 at 1.47 on air and it went for 306.
my opteron 165 that does 2.7 at 1.325 though, those are going for 400 on ebay.

I don't understand the contrast as the extra L2 really does do much and the one less multiplier feels crippling for oc'ing, but the opteron 165 still sells for a lot more. Anyway, my 2 cents.

gotta love the 0601s!!! In fact i prefer my old X2 3800 to my new Opty 165, even if my Opty can OC higher...due to the fact it runs much much cooler.
