How much time do you spend on the computer a day?

work: 8-9 hours; the only thing I can do at work that doesn't involve me sitting at or near a computer is making ethernet cables 😉

home: maybe an hour or two. I check my e-mail before and after work, but if I have some time to kill, I'll sit down and surf the net. not as much as I used to, though... having a computer in a separate room has really changed the dynamics of my computing experience. before, my computer chair was the only chair in my living room. so if I were watching tv or playing a video game, I'd also be sitting at my computer at the same time. now, if I want to use the computer, I need to pick my ass up and walk over to the computer room. heh.

in related news, I'm thinking of buying a laptop 😛

Work ~8hrs
Monday - Thursday evenings: 4-5hrs unless I am out (am writing an in-car computer application at the moment, so it takes up most of my free time)
Weekends: ~1-2hrs

Confused

Most of the day at work, approx 6 hours out of 9 a day. The rest of my time is (currently) spent advising customers and dealing with refunds etc.
At home, perhaps an hour or two.
With my new job, that'll change quite dramatically, I would expect something in the region of 3-4 hours a day at work because I'll be out on the roads in this.

About an hour on weekdays and more during the weekend. My time online has decreased recently, because I find there's nothing interesting to do. I'd much rather read! 🙂
