Win2k Pro
Bulletproof FTP Client
Bulletproof FTP Server
ACDSee32
ZMud
Power Archiver (Awesome, awesome program that I use daily)
Gamespy
Trillian Pro
DFX 6

Games too many to list. I have over 300 games.

Most other applications that I use are free and, oddly, some of the best ones are free. I've also donated money to several free projects. Usually in the form of 10-20 dollars. Because free projects usually have the best stuff and I like them to continue to be free.

Majority of my stuff came with my PC and the components I purchased.

Got programs from friends, and others are open source/freeware.

The only things I remember paying for recently were some games, EndNote 6.0, and Norton SystemWorks Pro (which was free after rebate).
Everything else came preinstalled, was freeware, or was bundled with hardware.

Windows 2000
Office 2000
Asheron's Call
Starcraft (and Broodwars)
Age of Mythology
Ghost Recon (and all add-ons)
Visual C++

That's all I can think of. I have several others I use, but they are legitimately free (Firebird, Firstpage, Activeperl, etc..)

I've bought all the software on my systems, unless it was freeware, or OEM with a part I bought (but then, I bought it, didn't I?).

Software developers deserve to be paid for their work. I would no more steal from them than I would steal from my local stores.

Some people seem to be having trouble with this topic.

1) I don't care what freeware you have.

2) "Everything on my machine is legit" does not indicate how much software you have purchased.

To date, I've purchased all my OS (OEM versions), which would explain why I only recently acquired Windows Millennium. At this pace, I figure I'll finally get XP Home (SP3?) around 2005 (by then most of the security flaws and software bugs should be solved).

I'm the only person I've ever known who actually purchased a Winamp license, about two months before it went freeware (of course). I actually don't have much on my PC right now because I recently formatted, but I purchased:

Winzip
MusicMatch Jukebox
Paint Shop Pro
Veritas Backup Exec (free upgrade to Backup MyPC by Stomp Inc.)

I have a bunch of other stuff that isn't currently installed, whether it came bundled with other hardware/software or I purchased it outright.

ULead Photoimpact
MS Word
UT, Civ3
TaxCut
NortonAV

A couple other items I paid for but don't use :(
A few titles that were free after rebate: MS Money, Siren Jukebox (old!)
What about software that was included with hardware? Are those considered free or paid?
