<< If i get 2liter bottles, I can thru 2-3 a day. All diet, just like the cans.. >>

Diet is a waste of money, because it has no nutritional value at all, yet you're paying the same price as standard. I drink 3 or 4 cans a day which equals about 450-600cal a day and I need every calories.

They're called "empty calories" because you're not getting any vitamins or other nutrients that you'd be getting in other foods. Many people get enough calories from their diet and can stand to reduce their caloric intake, especially those that are overweight.

<-- going to pour some diet A&W root beer

You guys are lightweight... I drink close to a dozen 12oz a day, tho I don't do it everyday cuz it would get quite expensive. :-/

Heh, what I failed to mention is that its all imitation walmart soda. So the 2liter bottles are 58 cents each 😀 and the 12 packs are like 1.99 or something..not too bad, IMO. And theres no calories in diet, son.

I drank a 20oz (1 liter?) bottle of Mountain Dew every morning to wake up just short of nine months once. I can't drink it all that often now because I get sick. But I can drink as much of anything else that I want, though. 😕

i used to take a 2Liter bottle to work and drink it in an 8 hour day

i don't do that anymore

usually 1 in the car on the way to work, one after lunch

On a good day 2-3 cans, on a bad....can take an entire 12 pack. My personal record is a Case in one day.

Damn you Pepsi ...The Bane of My Existence ...And yet so pleasureable a vice.

~wnied~

P.S. On a lighter note, I had my first beer of the year last week. A Fosters Draft.(For those of you keeping count)

I'm still wondering with a name like Ih8canada, just what and how much you drink!

soda is seasonal for me...during the winter i drink warm water and coffee...so no soda
once it hits summer (about this time)...like 4 a day =P

I work for Pepsi so all I can tell you is....A LOT 😀

There is nothing like a fresh Pepsi right off the line after it's been filled.....YUM

Lately though I have been drinking Fruit Works Fruit Punch...beats Hawiian Punch IMO

All we have is bottled water at work, and since I talk on the phone a lot, I probably go through 4 32oz glasses a day. Then I go home and drink 1-2 Pepsi's, Cokes, soda de jour a night.

I have a specific recipe too: Tall insulated plastic glass with exactly 4 ice cubes (no matter if the can is cold or not...you need the ice cubes). This gives it the exact right flavor 🙂

<< usually between 60 and 120 oz's a day. mostly code red. caffeine anyone?

Disgusting man...just sick. You are going to grow up with all kinds of health problems. That's like 400 grams of sugar right there. Sugar can do more than just make you fat you know.

I usually have 1-3 cans of Diet Pepsi or Diet Crush (mmm), then a gallon of water or so.

<< we have all the pepsi and coke products in our fridges for free, i use to drink sooo much then i decided it was too much so now i only drink water and the occasional fresca. >>

Fresca....that's one VILE beverage :disgust:
