Lately, I've been getting much more sleep. Around 5-6 hours. That will all be changing soon though and I expect it to go down to 4-5 hours.

"I get more than 8 and waste 1/3 of my day everyday"

I wouldn't call 8 hours of being blissfully unaware of the f-ing stupidity of the human race a waste...Sounds like a bonus to me.

On Saturday and Sunday I get an average of about 6 hours, sometimes much less (like 3 or 4 hrs). On Monday-Wednesday I get like 10 and I sometimes sleep all day on my "weekends" (thurs-fri). This is because I work 2 different shifts 7am-3pm on Sat,Sun and 3pm-11pm Mon-Wed.

Varies a far bit but usually in bed but when I work in the mornings (9am-8pm) its off to bed around 1am and up at 750. On days I work in the afternoons (1pm-9pm) its off to bed around 3am and up around noon. On days I have off I got to bed around 4-5am and when I get up is anybody's guess. My wife really likes it when she wakes up and I say "Good morning. I am going to bed." (She has to get up at 445am for work)

I get 4-5 and am extremely happy/adapted with it. For some odd reason, if I sleep much longer, I wake up with a huge headache.

I do occasionally crash for 15 hours at a time. It happens maybe once every 2 months or so.
Do you use a pillow? I found that I woke up with headaches and neck problems until I went without a pillow once. Now I never use a pillow, and neckaches are rare. Sometimes I do manage to sleep stupidly though, with my neck twisted all over the place. Those nights make for a day of migraines, and at least a full gram of ibuprofen.

I too suffer the nasty morning "migraines." While technically NOT migraines, (I had those when I was young) they are about every bit as disabling for me. I usually take 3 excedrin to start, (while I'm making the first pot of coffee) and in an hour, if the headache hasn't gone away, I hit it with 2 more excedrin. That almost always takes care of it...but I have to eat something so the aspirin doesn't fuck up my stomach.
Sometimes, getting rid of the pillow helps, other times no difference.
