lucky kid. To maintain my spiky american asian hair, I get one every 2-3 weeks, although lately I've done every 3 weeks to save some money. $14 cut, $3 tip. I dont even want to do the math... it'd just depress me. Sounds a little metrosexual, but my sides grow literally almost sideways, so after 2-3 weeks my hair is ready to take over my head.

Hmmmm...it is this American tipping culture.

My mum cuts my hair. She cuts it great and to my specs.

My bro is a bit of a spender and has his hair cut and coloured and that ends up to be about £50 ($80) and then he tips £10 ($18) but this is at a pretty swish place. The women are always 'fit' due to the nature of the place. He doesn't get it cut often though.

There's a place around here that charges $3.75. Best find evAr. I'm in the chair for what feels like all of 3 minutes... they're quick. I use the same guy and he's good. I tip $2, sometimes $3.

Wow you get a $60 haircut? Are you a guy? Cuz I know women haircuts cost alot, but man, unless you are an actor or something, $60 for men's haircut is outrageous.

But hey, if you can afford it, more power to you! :)

haircut $8 + $2 tip = $10 total. i like a nice even number, so i can just give him a $10 or give him a $20 and ask for a $10 back. been going to the same guy for the last 13 years. when i first started, haircuts were only $6! my how the times have changed!

hair cut is normally 16 bucks i have and i normally tip 1 dollar if it's just a normal hair cut but if he does a really good job i'll give him 2 bucks. i go to the same guy for years now and i still get my hair cut around twice a month. it's nice when the barber knows exactly what you want.

I don't tip...

My uncle cuts my hair. In fact, I haven't paid for a haircut in many, many, many years.

Free mullet?

Nice attempt at humor, but he's a retired barber. Jumping off a roof in Vietnam does wonders for your knees, so he can't have a shop up now. Instead he cuts hair in his home.

I cut my own hair now. But before I started doing that I tipped $5 on a $15 hair cut.
