Sure they do. When you move out of mommie's basement, you'll learn that not all service folks provide the same level of service and that the one's that perform a good job, deserve a small tip. Not everyone is a cheap ass or poor.

Very true when it comes to moving big stuff. If there was even a sniff of a tip we'd go the extra mile. And I did two years of moving. We knew who tipped and those that didn't. The move you did 5 years ago with no tip? They're now deliverying your appliance.

Live well. Tip well. Let the delivery guys know you'll take care of them and they will takecare if you.

And not everyone is stupid to give someone something extra for doing nothing extra. If someone goes above and beyond to earn the tip then sure but just for doing what's in their job description deserves nothing extra.

Well I'm sorry you feel like you NEED to get paid extra just to do your basic job correctly just like stupid servers but thousands of other people seem to do their jobs just fine without getting tips. What makes you so special to earn one?
