If you were truly cheap rather than lazy you'd pick the pizza up yourself and spare the tip/delivery charge.

It's not that hard to refrain from ordering it, either. I hope you enjoy cold pizza.

Given the current high gas prices, I think $1 is an insult.

Maybe they should think of a new line of work?

Well, somebody's got to do it.

True.

Also true=somebody's possibly trying to eke out a living doing it. Give him/her a break and give a tip. Not a buck, a tip.

No, it's not. Otherwise, if I'm hungry and I want a pizza I will order one and they will deliver it because IT'S THEIR JOB.

>20% tip for delivery? I don't think so. Unless the guy wants to come in and set my table and do the dishes afterward.

And no one is holding a gun to their head to hold that job. If that's the only job that they can do, well, I don't feel sorry for them.

You're an idiot. Nobody said it's the only job they can do. I only said maybe it's all they've got right now.

Jeez, coupla Mr. Pinks in this thread....

I usually go $2 - $4, depending on total cost of food, and speed of service.
