How much should I sell my laptop for? (i7-4712MQ, GTX 850M) (2014) (UK)

It's a PC Specialist SkyFire / MSI GE40-based system.

My thought are, whilst the CPU can easily be bested these days by lower-end mid-range laptops, the GPU is still faster than basically all Intel iGPUs or AMD Vega iGPUs, even with its 2 GB VRAM.

That laptop would be more valuable to someone who wants to play older games on older hardware for that authentic feel. They would pay a lot more than someone who will only see it as something old but usable for basic office work and internet browsing. That GTX 850M brings back a painful memory. I bought my most expensive laptop ever (An ASUS) when Haswell came out. It had the GTX 750M with 4GB DDR3. Six months later, ASUS refreshes the same laptop model by advancing a letter in the model number and replacing the 750M with a 850M for 50% more performance. My heart just sank. If only I had waited. I was never able to like that laptop much after that. It just reminded me of my loss too much.

Honestly, I usually just look for similar models on eBay. You can search closed auctions to see what the final sale prices are.
