Wrong... the GF will be one more person using common space in the apt, one more person to share cupboards and fridge space with, one more person ahead of him in line to use the bathroom etc, rent should be divided by 3.

damn I don't know about you guys, but if I was renting out an apartment I owned I'd make damn sure I was living free or greatly reduced.
