How much power?

Ok, right now my planned setup is as follows:
KT7A-RAID
2x 60GB IBM 75GXP (RAID 0)
DVD
CDRW
250 Zip internal
4 case fans
vid card, sound card, etc.
Enermax 350W PSU

First of all... does 350W sound good for this setup? Secondly, down the road I may add two more HDs (60GB 75GXPs) and go to a RAID 0+1 config. So will 350W be enough for that too? Also, the PSU comes with 8 connectors. Some quick math leaves me with 1 free connector for the fans (that includes the 2 additional drives). How do PSU connectors work? Are they all independently supplied, or is the power spread out evenly over all of them? i.e. can I connect all four fans to that one remaining connector using a series of Y cables?

if you add 2 more harddrives and use a power hungry cpu (1.33mhz), 350w will still definitely be enough. i'm not sure how psu connectors work, but i'm sure you can connect all 4 fans to one psu connector and not have a problem.
