I'm upgrading my computer, and will need a new P/S. I dont know how much power I will need to keep everything running well. this is what I will need it to power.

4 HD (one rapter, one 120GB seagate and 2 320 segates running in RAID 1)
DVD+-R
E6600
Asus 512MB 7950GT
and fans.

At least 400W! But if you plan to upgrade in the future or can afford to buy higher wattage PSU go for the 450W or 500W.

DO you overclock, if you do that processor and gpu will use alot more power. Also consider that 4 hard drives require a certain amount of amps to boot so you may actualy require a more powerful powersupply to boot the system then it keep it running. A high quality 450-500watt should be plenty but the general rule with powersupplies is buy the biggest highest quality one you can justify (as that increases efficeincy and as such lowers your monthly power bill, plus leaves room for upgrades).
