How much power does Cold cathodes draw?

This is my setup right now and didnt know if an extra cold cathode would lower my power a lot

350watt Antec smartpower
2100+ 12x180 soon to be 12x200
8rda+
5 case fans,1 cathode,ys tek
9700np
cdrw
dvd
512mb pc3200
 
Is it worth it to get another uv cathode, laser lights or color cathode. I have a UV cathode from svc in there and its cool for the lower portion of my case and uv cables but need something more brighter to light up case more
 
FFactory0X what vcore and vmem you running your setup at to get the 2100+ at 12x180 and will you be increasing it to hit 200?
