How much power can PSU 380W Handle?

Hi, I just bought a Cooler Master case that comes with a 380W PSU. I'm wondering on how much power can this PSU handle.. is there anyway possible to calculate this?

Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86GHZ
1GB RAM DDR2 667 PC5300 Corsair
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeMusic 7.1 Channels PCI Interface Sound Card
250 GB Seagate 7200RPM ATA 100
ATI X1600PRO PCI 16x 512MB
Pioneer 16x16 DVD-RW DVR-710
Monitor: (undecided) but aiming for 19" LCD TFT good quality..
Speaker: (undecided) but probably a good headphone by Altec Lansing..

Please give me suggestion and comments.. thanx

if it was a fsp, seasonic, enermax or even an antec 380W i would say no problem, but i am not sure how good the cooler master ones are.

i would look into doing a search for the quality of that particular unit

Your case cost $82.00 with a built in PSU.

I kniow that I would pull that PSU and replace it with a recommended AT PSU. I would keep that PSU as a testing spare only.

The question is whether you would trust a $1000 system to a $30+ Power supply?!!!

If you do, then one of those power outage future threads might be yours. Pay now, or pay a lot later.

I would totally not even put Antec in the same sentence as those other PSU`s!
These 3 are heads and tails above Antec in every respect --fsp or Enermax or Seasonic!

Then what would be the recommendation of PSU for my system then would be my question? I'm a little confused on what a PSU can harm for your PC..? thx..

guess i am one of the few who haven't had a problem with antec psus, but you should note i did write it as "or even an antec". i would definately go one of the others first if it were me at this point

Do you know what power is? Ideally a 380 watt power supply should be able to handle a 380 watt draw, continuously. Real world now... Get a modern high quality 4 - 5 hundred watt power supply ( several have already been mentioned ) and keep the 380 watt as a tester.

But then again the 380 watt may work fine for years. I seen people crapping all over Antec but I've been running my Antec power supply for about 5 years now without any issues and I only paid 45$ for it. Nowhere near the hundreds some of them cost, ahmmm overkill IMO.

sorry if this would be a stupid question but this is the first time I build up my own PC.. Do all PSUs have the same dimentions? Cuz I want to make sure that I got the right one for my case.. thanx
 
the PSU that you got with your case may be fine, but i wouldn't trust a $1000 plus system to a $30 PSU. get a 400W-500W PSU from either FSP, Enermax or Seasonic.
