Is there enough differenc between these two cards to justify the price difference ? The 64MB Version just has more memory right, not faster clock or anything ? Does the 32MB have the Video In/Out (Not TV Tuner) but like the 64MB version ?

Thanks for helping !

I think the 64 MB versions run a bit faster at higher resolutions. Not sure if there are any more performance gains.

No huge difference yet but with the newer games coming out the 64 meg in my opinion is the way to go. They're both excellent cards.

Check the benches in Anand's Radeon SDR review (I know I said SDR, it's the only one that has numbers for all the different radeons side by side though). The largest the difference between the two gets is 7fps, and is usually less. 7fps for about $100 USD more? Not a tough judgement call for me...

I just got this card and there seems to be a bug with monitor using Mitsu or Sony tube. It's flickering like hell and it's driving me crazy. I would be careful if I were you thinking about getting this card. Still waiting for ATI to release a patch of something.

You can overclock the 64DDR more since it comes with 5.5ns memory and the VIVO function is great if you plan to use. That's enough to justify the $100 difference.:D

Should mention the 32DDR features a lower clock speed and has no VIVO. Also the 64DDR will more than likely produce more fps at higher resolutions.

The 64MB version has 183/183 (core/memory), 32MB DDR and SDR have 166/166. Many people have successfully hit 200/200 with the 32MB DDR and 64MB DDR. So the 64MB comes with slightly faster specs, but they translate into minor gains. I just got the 32MB DDR version, $160 shipped from onvia.

I dont think the 64 meg would be worth spending the extra $ save the cash you save buying the 32 meg and get the next generation Radeon next year.
